The Opportunity

Were seeking an experienced Back End Developer to join our innovative team and contribute to cutting-edge projects that support AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable back end systems that support AI applications
• Write high-quality, efficient code primarily using TypeScript and Python
• Implement and optimise database schemas for both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Develop and maintain micro services architectures
• Participate in requirements meetings and contribute to project planning
• Collaborate with front end, back end developers, project manager, UI/UX designer and AI specialists
• Support teammates and contribute to code quality

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in back end development
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python
• Solid understanding of the event based programming
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with DynamoDB and SQL database design and optimisation
• Experience designing and implementing micro services architectures
• Familiarity with database schemas and advanced database design concepts

Nice to Have

• Solid understanding of AWS services, serverless architecture, and Lambda functions
• Experience working on projects involving AI or machine learning technologies
• Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and their integration with back end systems
• Familiarity with AI applications in medical or eCommerce sectors
