We are seeking 3 skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in .NET and SQL Server to join our dynamic team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend components of our web applications. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions.

Design and Development: Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET frameworks (e.g., .NET Core, ASP.NET) that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage SQL Server databases, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
API Integration: Create and maintain RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between the frontend and backend systems.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, following best practices in software development, such as version control (Git), testing, and continuous integration.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (frontend developers, designers, and product managers) to define and implement features, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance, scalability, and other issues in the backend systems.
Security and Data Integrity: Implement security best practices and ensure data integrity in all backend processes.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for backend processes, APIs, and database schemas.

Proficiency in .NET frameworks (ASP.NET, .NET Core).
Strong experience with SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
Experience in developing RESTful APIs and web services.
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
