Business Analyst – Engineering Enablement (Cybersecurity)

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our clients team in the cybersecurity domain on a B2B contract basis. Our client is a leading global financial institution with a strong presence in banking and financial services. They operate across various markets worldwide, providing services to individuals, businesses, and institutions. The organization places a high emphasis on security and risk management, ensuring that they protect both their operations and customers from evolving cyber threats.
In this role, you will support the engineering teams, helping to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that solutions meet the organizations high standards of security and performance.
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences in an easily understood, authoritative, and actionable manner.

,[Gather, translate, and clarify business requirements, defining design options., Assist with the translation of business requirements into detailed functional specifications., Capture, analyze, and document business processes, including IT processes., Create analysis of customer journeys and product functionality., Support delivery subject matter experts with defining and evaluating solution options, recommending the best solution that brings the most value to stakeholders., Participate in change management activities such as timeline planning, tracking progress, and stakeholder engagement., Provide administrative support to the Product Owner while evolving the product roadmap, creating epics, writing user stories, and managing the product backlog., Assist in the implementation of solutions, including readiness and piloting activities., Collaborate in change interventions such as training and communication., Manage the requirements life-cycle from inception to retirement, including continuous improvement and re-use., Provide expertise in DevOps pipeline tools like Jenkins and Ansible., Contribute expertise in Agile engineering practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, LEAN), as well as Disciplined Agile and SAFE frameworks., Understand risk exposure and assist senior colleagues in managing it., Requirements:
