As a B2C Systems Administrator, you will manage local B2C systems, websites, and CRM-based communication platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, lead management, and user experience enhancements. Join us and take on new challenges!

• Configure and update product offers, campaigns, and communication panels
• Manage lead acquisition and CRM conversion processes
• Administer voucher systems and handle campaign escalations
• Collaborate with UX teams, agencies, and the Client’s Digital department
• Support testing of new functionalities
• Prepare user manuals and training materials
