We’re looking for a hungry and ambitious Business Sales Team Lead to join our Bolt Business team in Poland, Warsaw. You’ll be the player-coach leading the team, driving sales in the market, and closing opportunities in the Enterprise/Tier 1 segment.

About the role
We’re looking for a driven individual, a real hunter with proven experience in B2B selling who can turbocharge and drive the success of the Bolt Business team for the market. We need a superstar with a history of great results, who is excellent at hands-on team management and knows how to deliver rapid growth.
What you can expect:
- Leading a team of Sales Executives, helping them achieve their individual goals.
- Negotiating and closing bigger deals, showing how it’s done by leading the line for your market working on Tier 0 and Tier 1 deals.
- Managing your own sales pipeline, building a pipeline of the biggest companies and opportunities.
- Working closely and giving market feedback together with the Senior Country Sales Manager to our product team regarding Bolt Business solutions.
- Monitoring our competition, keeping your finger on the pulse of the industry.
- Spotting shifts, opportunities, and changes and making sure we respond and take steps when we need to identify and remove blockers.
What we expect
About you:
- Higher degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in fast-paced B2B Sales including 2+ years of experience in managing sales teams of 3-6 HC.
- Excellent English and Polish.
- A CRM master, able to analyze the data to maximize the activities of your team.
- Expertise in negotiating and closing Tier 1 and Tier 2 deals.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise in selling B2B business services into large businesses.
