B2B Sales Specialist for Spain and Mexico

Do you have a talent for building strong business relationships and a passion for international sales? We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist with native Spanish language skills to join our team and help us expand in Spain and Mexico.

Job Description

  • Working closely with international teams, ensuring alignment of goals and activities
  • Preparing regular reports on B2B activities, sales performance, and pipeline status
  • Maintaining the sales funnel in CRM
  • Exploring and implementing innovative ways to develop B2B partnerships and sales channels in Spain and Latin America
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to suggest product or service improvements
  • Actively contributing to the development of the sales process and preparing sales and marketing materials aimed at B2B customers
  • Actively researching, identifying, and approaching potential business clients (distributors, corporate partners, and public institutions)
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and new business partners
  • Conducting regular business reviews and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Supporting cross-functional projects to enhance brand positioning and B2B revenue growth
  • Delivering presentations, proposals, and negotiations in Spanish and English
  • Collaborating with the Polish B2B team to design and execute a tailored strategy for the Spanish-speaking markets
  • Identifying growth opportunities and proposing new initiatives to expand Vasco Electronics’ presence in B2B channels
  • Representing Vasco Electronics at industry events, trade fairs, and networking meetings in Spanish-speaking markets
  • Supporting marketing and sales campaigns with localized insights and feedback
  • Ensuring all client interactions reflect Vasco’s values and professional standards

Requirements

  • Native/advanced Spanish and fluent English (spoken and written).
  • 2–4 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management (preferably in tech, consumer electronics, or language/education industries).
  • Proven track record in acquiring and developing B2B clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to co-create and implement market entry and growth strategies.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Understanding of Spanish and Latin American business culture and customer needs.
  • Experience working with international teams; ability to align local market activities with global company strategy.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade fairs, and events.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, and digital communication platforms.
