We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our team and help us acquire new international clients.

Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients via email, LinkedIn, and market research
- Prospect and qualify leads according to Correct Context’s ideal client profile
- Initiate contact and schedule calls or demos with potential clients
- Present and tailor Correct Context’s value proposition to client needs
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine outreach and lead generation strategies
- Represent the company at international conferences and industry events
- Manage your pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales (corporate or startup clients)
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- High motivation, persistence, and independence in action
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel internationally for business meetings and events
- (Nice to have) Experience in SaaS, startups, or IT B2B environments
Recruitment Process
- Sales interview – 60 min video call with Director of Operations
- Homework task – short practical assignment to show your sales approach
- Final talk – 20 min meeting with management
