B2B Sales Executive | Solar Energy Industry

Our clients include leading companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Spain, Germany, and Austria. We offer turnkey solutions, including installation, project management, and documentation review with error correction.

Your Responsibilities

  • New Client Acquisition – prospecting and outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry platforms.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Management – building long-term B2B partnerships and strengthening our market position.
  • Sales Strategy & Proposals – identifying client needs and creating tailored commercial offers.
  • Collaboration with Marketing – working on strategies to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • CRM Management – maintaining an organized sales pipeline and reporting on key metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • B2B Sales Experience – at least 2 years in sales, preferably in the energy, construction, or technical sector.
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills – ability to close deals and build strong partnerships.
  • Strong Sales & Persuasion Skills – ability to identify client pain points and effectively present solutions.
  • Ability to Work Independently & Proactively – self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset – ability to assess market needs and tailor sales strategies.
  • Technical Aptitude – an understanding of solar energy is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (C1) – strong written and verbal communication skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian – required for effective communication within the team.
  • CRM & Data Management Skills – experience with CRM tools and the ability to maintain an organized sales pipeline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling technical or construction services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe when needed.
