What youll do:

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing strategy and execution. You’ll bring fresh ideas and take ownership of initiatives that elevate our brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive business results. This role is perfect for someone who loves both: crafting strategies and getting things done:

  1. Shape the marketing strategy: define and execute marketing initiatives aligned with our business goals;
  2. Campaign excellence: create, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that truly speak to our target audience and drive high-quality MQLs;
  3. Analytics & insights: analyze campaign performance to understand what works and what doesnt, then use those insights to make smart decisions;
  4. Website redesign: take charge of our website updates to improve the user experience and align with our branding efforts;
  5. Team leadership: lead and inspire our marketing team, helping them to grow and deliver great results;
  6. Budget management: keep an eye on our marketing budget and make sure were investing in the right places (optimal allocation and ROI);
  7. Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with our internal teams (sales, delivery, engineering and others) to align marketing with business priorities.

Who you are (requirements):

  1. Youve spent 4-6+ years in B2B marketing, ideally at a software consulting or tech company;
  2. A strategic thinker whos equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves for operational tasks;
  3. Data-driven decision maker with experience in performance marketing, analytics and lead generation;
  4. You have strong business acumen and think naturally regarding KPIs and bottom-line impact;
  5. You can put yourself in our clients shoes and understand their business challenges;
  6. You understand what makes B2B and B2C sales funnels tick, and how they differ;
  7. Youre known for thinking differently and coming up with creative solutions;
  8. Youve led teams before and genuinely enjoy helping others grow;
  9. Youre proactive and bring a can-do attitude to everything you do;
  10. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where things are constantly evolving.

What wed like to see:

  1. That you know your way around marketing tools like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, AdRoll, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, Tag Manager, Analytics, Ahrefs, Zapier, Typeform, Albacross or Leadfeeder, HubSpot, Hotjar;
  2. A proven track record of successfully implementing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results;
  3. That you have a knack and practical knowledge of creating landing pages and A/B testing;
  4. Knowledge and understanding of demand generation techniques, marketing automation solutions and analytics tools;
  5. Youre an experienced pro when it comes to performance marketing, SEO, ABM strategies and sales funnel optimization;
  6. You were born as a natural team leader and have proven experience in team leadership;
  7. That youre a people person, and youre great at building relationships across different departments;
  8. And of course, very good English skills (minimum B2 level).

Were happy to offer 100% remote work, but we also believe in the power of face-to-face collaboration. Wed love to have someone whod be open to spending some time in our office and working directly with our team.
