Position Overview

In this role, you will be at the heart of our prospecting efforts — responsible for generating high-quality leads that directly contribute to our sales results.

Your Responsibilities



  • Active Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to decision-makers in B2B companies (50+ employees) across the European market who may be interested in implementing or switching to Zendesk/Pipedrive systems.


  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct qualification calls (cold calls) and initiate contact through other channels (LinkedIn, email) to spark interest in our services.


  • Lead Qualification & Handover: Verify leads against the ideal customer profile and smoothly hand them over to the Sales Team.


  • Data Management: Maintain high-quality, up-to-date records in the CRM system (Pipedrive) and leverage professional prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).


  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outbound strategies and campaigns.


  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends in the Customer Service and CRM sectors.

Essential Skills and Experience:



  • B2B Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, telesales, cold calling, or a similar role within a SaaS or IT environment.


  • European Market Focus: Fluency in English (minimum C1 level), both spoken and written – essential for communicating with clients across international markets.


  • Communication Skills: Confidence and ease in initiating cold contacts and conducting engaging phone and business conversations.


  • Independence: Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and proactivity – we work remotely and value initiative and accountability for results.


  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Zendesk, or similar) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Snov.io).


  • Results Orientation: Strong motivation to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals.
