requirements-expected :
Experience: 3+ years in CRM strategy or marketing consultancy, with proven success in B2B environments.
Strategic expertise: deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and personalization.
ABM knowledge: understanding of design & execution principles for account-based marketing programs.
Technical fluency: ability to embed Strategies we build within Client’s context & tech stack + advisory how tech can reshape their marketing capabilities.
Analytical mindset: Ability to work with data analyst teams but also interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Collaboration skills: Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a global setting.
Communication: Strong presentation and storytelling skills to influence decision-makers.
Language: Fluency in English (C1).
