Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi‑channel CRM strategies through a data‑led approach, to drive customer engagement and retention, tailored to the look and feel of our B2B brands.
- Monitor and optimise CRM campaigns and customer journeys to improve customer experience.
- Monitor KPIs related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue, to provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Analyse customer behaviour and assess its impact on business KPIs.
- Segment customers based on behaviours to tailor offers and come up with effective campaigns and promotions aimed at maximizing revenue and retention.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, while also monitoring competitors to ensure our brands maintain best practices and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive promotion and offers that align with the overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven CRM experience within the Entertainment industry.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of the Entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and drive strategic decision‑making.
