Due to our dynamic growth, we are seeking an individual for the position of Azure Team Leader. A new person will play a key role in developing our team.
responsibilities :
Leading the Azure team (currently about 10 people), especially: active participation in recruiting team members, planning and deciding on career paths, conducting annual interviews,
Reviewing the teams activities,
Removing obstacles that team members may encounter,
Organizing processes and resources to promote effective collaboration,
Conducting employee training,
Ensuring knowledge transfer within the team,
Identifying process improvements and leading improvement initiatives,
Ensuring a good atmosphere of cooperation within the team.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in the area of team / people management,
Orientation / minimum basic knowledge of the Azure market and technologies,
Experience working on projects with data / data visualization,
Very good knowledge of English (C1) and Polish,
Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies. We mostly work on T&M projects where results matter,
Proactive approach and goal-oriented mindset, research, problem solving and analytical skills,
Ability to work independently and take the lead,
Strong communication ability (verbal & written),
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
Initiative, enthusiasm and commitment,
Quick to assimilate and use new information.
