We are currently seeking a qualified Azure Support Engineer to join our team.
As an Azure Support Engineer, youll assist in providing Level 1 support for our current Azure DevOps pipelines, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Youll collaborate closely with development teams and vendors to troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain our Azure environment.
responsibilities :
Support end users via ServiceNow according to SLA
Investigate and troubleshoot issues
Participate in fixing production incidents, escalate to vendor when necessary, and effectively communicate with the vendor to address and clarify issues
Work according to an on-call schedule to provide 24x7 support (7-10 days per month, passive on-call)
Communicate and collaborate with L2 and development teams
Assist in development with the client
Enhance the existing Ops handbook with new cases
Process Azure extension requests
Create and support vendor tickets (Microsoft support requests) and relevant Jira tickets
requirements-expected :
2+ years of experience in Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes
Skills in programming languages including Go, Golang Functions, and TypeScript
Understanding of incident management and IT support ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
Qualifications in technology support and troubleshooting
Familiarity with collaborating with development teams and vendors
Flexibility to work on-call hours as part of a team providing 24x7 support
