✔have the ability to build and maintain contact with the business, and can easily communicate with both developers and customers
✔oversee and participate in the development of state-of-the-art solutions
✔want to participate in the full project life cycle (requirements analysis, design, through construction, testing, and implementation, to maintenance and natural development)
✔have a keen eye for the highest standards of our solutions
✔liaises and collaborates with relevant stakeholders as necessary
✔understad change management principles
A quick tech&exp checklist:
✔Proficient in spoken and written English (Minimum C1 Level)
✔8-10 years of experience
✔Proficiency in Azure DevOps (CI/CD), Azure Services, Azure Data Factory, SQL (or Python), Snowflake
✔A thorough knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL processes
✔Familiarity with Software Development methodologies and KPIs (e.g., Agile/DevOps)
✔Familiarity with business processes in manufacturing and service industries
✔Knowledge of ITIL practices
✔Strong cultural awareness and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures
nice-to-have
✔Familiarity with Power BI and Power Apps is a plus
