You need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in IAM / Identity & Access Management
• Strong expertise in Azure Identity / Entra ID
• Experience in an Architect or Lead role (architecture design, decision-making)
• Deep understanding of enterprise security and identity concepts
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;

Nice to have:

• Experience with Entra ID Governance
• Experience with Defender for Identity / Defender for Cloud Apps Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Bicep / ARM)
• Experience with SaaS integrations (M365, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
• Migration experience from Okta / Ping / ForgeRock
• Certifications: SC-300, SC-100, Azure Solutions Architect Expert

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Designing and leading enterprise-level IAM / Identity architectures
• Working with Azure Entra ID (Azure AD): RBAC, Managed Identities
• Implementing and managing Conditional Access, Identity Protection, PIM
• Building and supporting hybrid identity setups (on-prem AD + Entra ID)
• Managing identity sync (Azure AD Connect / Cloud Sync)
• Designing SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
• Acting as a technical lead / architect (design & guidance, not only hands-on)
