This position ensures that ERP and CRM projects benefit from modern DevOps practices, accelerating delivery, improving reliability, and enabling automation across the organization. The Azure DevOps Engineer will be a key partner in driving efficiency and innovation in business-critical systems.
responsibilities :
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps tools (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts) for ERP and CRM solutions.
Collaborate with ERP and CRM project teams to integrate DevOps practices into application lifecycle management.
Manage and monitor Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security for ERP and CRM environments.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates or Terraform.
Ensure compliance and security standards across ERP and CRM deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues for ERP and CRM systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
Maintain documentation for ERP and CRM DevOps processes, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Monitor system performance and optimize for cost and efficiency.
Stay current with Azure updates and ERP/CRM DevOps trends to continuously improve processes.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, scripting (PowerShell, Bash), and automation frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Git branching strategies and version control.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) and Dynamics 365 certifications.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations) and Microsoft CRM environments
