We are looking for an experienced Azure Architect to support the setup of a modern contact center solution leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure Communication Services. The role involves building a pre-production environment and integrating it with client systems.
responsibilities :
Set up a complete pre-production environment using Microsoft technologies
Deploy D365 CE, ACS, channels, and a bot with basic call flow
Design integration to backend systems and support call escalation logic
Join architecture/security reviews and document key recommendations
requirements-expected :
Experience with Microsoft ACS and Dynamics 365 CE
Knowledge of system integration and security best practices
