As an Azure API Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial services organization, engaged in a large-scale transformation of its cloud and integration architecture. The project focuses on building secure, scalable, and high-performance APIs and services using Azure cloud technologies. You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for designing cloud-native solutions, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architecture decisions. The client is looking for a hands-on expert in Azure services who can lead by example and drive innovation in API development and integration.
responsibilities :
Collaborating with architects to define optimal solution designs
Leading technical discussions and proposing innovative cloud-based solutions
Writing unit tests to ensure reliability and maintainability of code
Using Application Insights to monitor and improve system performance
Guiding developers through complex implementations and design patterns
Integrating with external and internal systems using Azure-native tools
Working with DevOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
Promoting automation and reducing manual tasks across the development lifecycle
Mentoring junior engineers and fostering knowledge sharing across teams
requirements-expected :
At least 10 years of experience in Azure application development
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Azure Functions, App Insights, and Service Bus
Strong proficiency in C# and JavaScript for backend development
Proven experience integrating systems using Azure-based technologies
Solid understanding of unit testing frameworks and TDD practices
Expertise in leveraging Application Insights for monitoring and diagnostics
Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Canvas Apps
Ability to work independently and lead solutions from concept to deployment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of industry best practices in cloud architecture
