responsibilities :
Implementing a comprehensive BI solution using AWS QuickSight
Building and deploying interactive dashboards, reports, and compelling data visualizations
Connecting to diverse data sources and preparing datasets for analysis
Developing and optimizing data models within QuickSight for maximum performance
Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective analytical tools
Taking ownership of the development process in an autonomous capacity
Ensuring data accuracy and reliability across all reports
requirements-expected :
Proven hands-on experience in developing solutions with AWS QuickSight
Strong proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries and data manipulation
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Fluency in Polish to ensure seamless communication with business stakeholders
Experience with data modeling and preparing datasets for analytical purposes
A solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI best practices
Familiarity with the broader AWS data ecosystem (e.g., S3, Redshift, Athena)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication skills, with an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience in designing and building reports from scratch
