We’re looking for a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to join an internal cloud platform team responsible for turning core AWS services into standardized, secure, and reusable products. You’ll focus on productizing AWS capabilities so development teams can consume them through self-service templates and automated pipelines—compliantly and at scale.

• Strong hands-on experience with a broad range of AWS services and enterprise governance patterns
• Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, and/or AWS AFT
• Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps workflows
• Familiarity with automation tools such as SSM, Ansible, or similar
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, ideally EKS
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts: IAM, SSO, RBAC, Entra ID
• Solid knowledge of AWS networking: VPC, subnets, routing, security groups, load balancers, hybrid connectivity
• A product mindset (packaging, standardisation, reuse) and strong stakeholder communication skills

Nice to have:

• Cloud security practices (encryption, least privilege, secrets management, compliance frameworks such as ISO/NIST)
• Observability tooling experience (e.g., CloudWatch, Grafana) and defining KPIs/SLIs/SLOs
• Cost optimisation experience (Savings Plans, right-sizing, storage tiering)
• Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework
• Experience mentoring others and taking ownership of product streams
