The Operational Support Systems (OSS) section maintains and develops operational support applications. In particular, we develop and support the following areas:
- application monitoring
- DRP tests
- 24/7 application support
- management of production environments
- access management
- implementation of deployments
- performance monitoring
- capacity management
- Technical incident handling
- Support for security incident handling
- extension and modification of the functionality of existing applications
responsibilities :
Responsibility for development and maintenance of our OpenSearch environment
Application monitoring based on logs (creation of dashboards, searches and alerts)
Optimization of our current solution
Integration of new data sources into OpenSearch solution
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of professional experience in AWS cloud engineering, especially in service configuration and cost effectiveness
Experience in OpenSearch Stack (administration, maintenance and development) and end-users platforms support
Practical knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or others)
Strong know-how in usage of Terraform tool, Lambda
Nice to have cloud technology knowledge like Kubernetes, AWS S3, OpenStack
Experienced DevOps (senior level, approach matters, not just years)
Orientation to quality and quick resolution of technical problems
Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
