responsibilities :
Support project teams in building safe, reliable, and secure systems aligned with business needs.
Provide on-call support, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve incidents.
Write clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Manage AWS accounts and operate key platform services.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure and efficient application launches.

requirements-expected :
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience leading major incident investigations and providing on-call support.
Proficiency in Python or strong scripting skills for automation.
Broad experience with Cloud services, especially AWS.
Solid understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
Proven track record in enterprise infrastructure delivery.
Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code tools (Git, Ansible, Terraform).
Strong focus on security in AWS environments.
