We are seeking an experienced AWS Connect Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing contact center solutions leveraging AWS Connect and related AWS services.
responsibilities :
Design and implement scalable and secure AWS Connect architectures.
Provide expertise in AWS Connect features, such as Contact Flows, IVR/VoIP, and metrics reporting
Integrate AWS Connect with CRM systems, databases, and other applications
Optimize performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of the AWS architecture
Develop best practices and standard operating procedures for AWS Connect
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AWS Connect and integrated services
requirements-expected :
Proven experience in architecting and deploying AWS Connect solutions.
Strong understanding of AWS services, including Lambda, IAM, DynamoDB
Familiarity with voice recognition and IVR/VoIP technologies; AWS NLP/AI/ML
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect are preferred.
DevOps experience - organizational and tool (serving as a means)
