We are currently looking for specialists in cloud computing, DevOps, cybersecurity, and data and artificial intelligence who want to join our team and contribute to the further development of innovative projects. Requirements:

• Rich, practical experience working with the AWS ecosystem, including services such as Transit Gateway, IAM principles, Aurora, and SageMaker.
• Documented experience in designing distributed systems and leading large-scale cloud migrations or creating entirely new cloud environments.
• Strong experience in DevOps and automation, including CI/CD processes, containerization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and applying a "Security by Design" approach.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts and architectural trade-offs to both software engineers and business stakeholders without technical knowledge.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification or relevant AWS specialist certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience working in a consulting or partner environment, managing multiple stakeholders and diverse technical environments.
• Experience in software development (e.g., in Python, Go, or TypeScript) to better collaborate with engineering teams and support them.
• Fluent proficiency in English and Polish in both speech and writing.

Responsibilities:

• Architectural plans: You design comprehensive, cloud-native solutions utilizing the full range of AWS services. You create both high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) designs that form the basis of our projects.
• AWS Well-Architected Frameworks: You are responsible for the architectural consistency of each solution. You ensure that all projects are optimized for security, reliability, operational excellence, performance, and cost.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Strategy: You will define automation standards for each project, overseeing the deployment of Terraform.
• Modernization and Innovation: You will promote the adoption of advanced patterns, including Kubernetes (EKS), serverless architectures (Lambda/Fargate), and event-driven architectures, to keep our clients at the forefront of technology.
• Technical Authority: You act as a "guiding star" for engineering teams during implementation. You provide the technical guidance necessary to translate architectural vision into functioning software.
• Practical Troubleshooting: You engage in solving the most challenging technical obstacles. Whether its a complex networking issue or a performance bottleneck, you leverage your specialized knowledge to pave the way to success.
• Leadership: Lead the development of PoCs and MVPs to verify technical assumptions and mitigate risk at an early stage of the project lifecycle.
• Control and Quality Management: Conduct code and infrastructure reviews to ensure deployment compliance with the original architectural vision and meet enterprise-class standards.
• Technical Analysis: Conduct detailed technical workshops with client stakeholders to identify requirements, constraints, and long-term goals.
• Strategic Roadmap Development: Collaborate with senior management and IT directors of the client to design multi-year cloud transformation processes.
• Pre-sales Technical Support: Serve as a technical expert during the sales process, assisting in estimating effort, defining project scope (SoW), and presenting our technical capabilities to potential clients.
