We are looking for experienced professionals to join an innovative project aimed at revolutionizing customer communication in a secure and scalable AWS environment.
AWS Cloud - AWS Connect and AI/ML technologies
Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AWS Connect contact flows
- Integrate with Lex and other conversational AI tools
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform
- Collaborate with cloud architects and DevOps teams
- Design and implement NLP and speech recognition features using AWS tools
- Support integration with AWS Connect
- Optimize performance of AI/ML services in production environments
- Develop call routing and queuing logic in Amazon Connect
- Integrate IVR/VoIP systems
- Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform
- Design end-to-end architecture for AWS Connect-based platforms
- Integrate advanced NLP and AI/ML services
- Provide DevOps leadership and establish infrastructure standards
Our requirements
- Proven experience with AWS cloud services and Terraform
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
- Knowledge of contact flows, Lex, and QinConnect
- Experience with AWS NLP and speech services (e.g., Amazon Transcribe, Comprehend)
- Strong background in AI/ML within the AWS ecosystem
- Practical experience with AWS Connect
- Knowledge of IVR/VoIP systems
- Experience with call routing, queue management, and Terraform
- Strong experience in AWS cloud architecture design
- Expertise in AWS Connect, IVR, VoIP
- Familiarity with AWS NLP/AI/ML tools
- DevOps experience (both organizational and tooling aspects)
- Familiarity with Terraform and AWS Connect
