Your responsibilities Lead calls regarding practice operations Monitor operational progress of practice (operational progress and performance) Monitor overall compliance of Practice operations and performance and escalate if needed. Main duties and responsibilities include: Issue communication about P1 and P2 incidents to inform all parties about the status of the ongoing incident. Lead and coordinate management of incidents by quickly mobilizing the teams and third parties necessary for resolution. Report to top management on the status of critical incident resolution. Participate in CABs to identify major changes that can generate a significant business impact by anticipating possible prevention areas. Our requirements Experience in Service Management. Being familiar with IT infrastructure and ITIL methodology. Readiness to work on 12-hours shift in 24/7 mode. Fluent English. Fluent French.
