Choose a partner with intimate knowledge of your industry and first-hand experience of defining its future.Select your locationSelect your locationIndustriesChoose a partner with intimate knowledge of your industry and first-hand experience of defining its future.Opole, Kraków, Katowice# Availability and Capacity Manager## **YOUR TASKS****Availability Management*** Define and maintain the Availability Management process aligned with ITIL standards.* Monitor service availability against SLAs and identify improvement opportunities.* Conduct risk assessments for critical services and propose mitigation strategies.* Collaborate with Problem and Incident Management to reduce downtime and improve resilience.**Capacity Management*** Develop and maintain the Technology Capacity Plan and Forecast.* Monitor resource utilization and predict future capacity requirements.* Ensure IT resources (compute, storage, network) are optimized for performance and cost.* Provide input for budgeting and procurement based on capacity forecasts.**Reporting & Governance*** Produce regular reports on availability and capacity metrics for stakeholders.* Present improvement proposals and ensure compliance with governance standards.* Maintain documentation such as Capacity Management Summary and Handover Reports.## **YOUR PROFILE*** Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Availability, Capacity, Service Continuity).* Experience with monitoring tools and performance analytics.* Ability to forecast demand and plan infrastructure growth.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.* **Well-being culture:** medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
