Availability Management
• Define and maintain the Availability Management process aligned with ITIL standards.
• Monitor service availability against SLAs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct risk assessments for critical services and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Problem and Incident Management to reduce downtime and improve resilience.
Capacity Management
• Develop and maintain the Technology Capacity Plan and Forecast.
• Monitor resource utilization and predict future capacity requirements.
• Ensure IT resources (compute, storage, network) are optimized for performance and cost.
• Provide input for budgeting and procurement based on capacity forecasts.
Reporting & Governance
• Produce regular reports on availability and capacity metrics for stakeholders.
• Present improvement proposals and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Maintain documentation such as Capacity Management Summary and Handover Reports.
