Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the AV industry (conference room integration preferred).
  • Experience in AV installations and practical knowledge of recording and lighting techniques.
  • Excellent computer skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Vocational training in Audio-Visual Technology or related field (technical education is a plus).
  • Very good Polish language skills and communicative level of English.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and flexibility.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness and availability for frequent business travel.
  • Drivers license.
  • Ideally a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiovisual Technology or related field (nice to have).

Your responsibilities:

  • Transport, configure, and install media equipment and audiovisual support tools, including speakers, monitors, cameras, and equipment racks.
  • Install electrical wiring and perform basic construction tasks according to blueprints and schedules.
  • Perform video, audio, and signal testing, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Resolve equipment issues and ensure flawless installations that meet client standards.
  • Safely dismantle equipment, cabling, and auxiliary tools after project completion.
  • Manage inventory of equipment, cables, and accessories.
  • Perform cleaning, maintenance, or minor repairs of AV equipment.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports to management.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers on international projects.
