Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the AV industry (conference room integration preferred).
- Experience in AV installations and practical knowledge of recording and lighting techniques.
- Excellent computer skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Vocational training in Audio-Visual Technology or related field (technical education is a plus).
- Very good Polish language skills and communicative level of English.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and flexibility.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Willingness and availability for frequent business travel.
- Drivers license.
- Ideally a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiovisual Technology or related field (nice to have).

Your responsibilities:
- Transport, configure, and install media equipment and audiovisual support tools, including speakers, monitors, cameras, and equipment racks.
- Install electrical wiring and perform basic construction tasks according to blueprints and schedules.
- Perform video, audio, and signal testing, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Resolve equipment issues and ensure flawless installations that meet client standards.
- Safely dismantle equipment, cabling, and auxiliary tools after project completion.
- Manage inventory of equipment, cables, and accessories.
- Perform cleaning, maintenance, or minor repairs of AV equipment.
- Prepare and submit expense reports to management.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers on international projects.
