We provide forward-thinking solutions based on multi-domain architecture, with customer satisfaction and superior service quality as our top priorities. We are proud to operate with global simplicity and trusted transparency, investing in and supporting our partners and employees.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and solutions-oriented AV Operations Technician – Level 3 to support advanced video conferencing systems and in-room AV technology across corporate environments. This role requires deep technical expertise in resolving complex AV issues—including equipment failures, physical malfunctions, and software configuration problems—while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
The successful candidate will operate with minimal supervision, serve as an escalation point for lower tiers, and contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of AV systems. This role also includes supporting commissioning activities for retrofit projects and new builds, ensuring systems meet client specifications and performance standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for AV issues unresolved by lower tiers.
  • Perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and physical installation of AV equipment, including ad hoc and project-based requests.
  • Diagnose and repair control systems, audio DSPs, and specialty AV equipment such as LED walls (Sedna, Samsung, Planar).
  • Demonstrate expertise in integrated audio systems (Q-SYS, Dante, AES67).
  • Read and interpret complex signal-flow schematics to isolate faults efficiently.
  • Capture and report design or configuration changes to maintain system integrity and documentation accuracy.
  • Conduct daily and weekly preventive maintenance inspections to ensure AV systems are fully functional and meet global standards.
  • Monitor and manage AV support tickets via Zendesk, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate escalation.
  • Track all requests and issues through Zendesk and communicate with the team via Slack, ensuring correct information is logged and supporting reporting metrics.
  • Support the commissioning and turnover of new AV installations and retrofitted spaces.
  • Execute ad hoc AV installation requests and coordinate physical installation of AV equipment.
  • Decommission and transport AV equipment for room refreshes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of AV equipment, organise storage areas, and coordinate e-waste and decommissioning of outdated gear.
  • Manage AV equipment shipping and receiving across European offices.
  • Communicate any configuration changes to stakeholders and create backups as required.
  • Assist with AV-related Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes (MACD) in office environments.
  • Support IT-related technical inquiries and provide desktop assistance to on-site staff as needed.
  • Test and validate new AV designs and solutions in coordination with engineering teams.
  • Ensure AV systems, including digital signage, background music, LED walls, and lobby tech, operate reliably through proactive upkeep.
  • Provide AV/IT support across the APAC region for onsite, offsite, and hybrid events.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Ability to be self-motivated and accountable in a fast-paced, independent environment.
  • Ability to think creatively as well as methodically regarding technical issues.
  • Knowledge of enterprise production and video conferencing environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to client culture.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting large/heavy objects and physical integration/maintenance work.
  • Experience with Crestron hardware and software (e.g. Toolbox, DM, NVX, Touch Panels, TX/RX pairs).
  • Familiarity with Google Meet Admin support and AV commissioning processes.
  • Comfortable using Mac OS, Windows, and Chrome OS environments.
