Lead non-metallic subcategories. Manage suppliers, spend and prepare sub-category strategies. Prepare, coordinate and run sourcing and cost optimization activities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver business and technical requirements. Manage spend data analysis, internal / external price benchmarking activities and build cost models.

Dimension of the Position:

  • Manage sub-categories
  • Maintain strong suppliers’ relationship
  • Negotiation of prices and condition of co-operation and contracts including SLA
  • Co-ordinate cost, quality, logistic improvements ideas
  • Provide timely reporting
  • Maintain and communicate price and allocation updates
  • Price and supplier data management
  • Sourcing and benchmarking activities
  • Prepare the allocations and PCN issuance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholder groups (Sales, Quality, Production, Procurement, R&D and Supply Chain, Operations) to ensure gathering of right business requirements and support Procurement Manager in the implementation of sourcing initiatives to realize procurement value.

KPIs for the position are:

  • Material Cost Improvements
  • Toal Working Capital
  • Reduction of single sources
  • Ensure compliance with global functional processes and procedures as well as local procedures and work instructions.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Management, Procurement, Engineering or related fields of study
  • Previous experience in procurement positions (minimum 1-3 years).
  • Procurement Knowledge: Knowledge of procurement processes and applications to diverse categories to deliver value for the business. Includes the ability to use financial models, industry knowledge, and business requirements to develop and implement optimized business solutions.
  • Data and Analytics: Ability to use data and apply robust analytics to model various business scenarios and analyze resulting cost, impact, risks, and benefits to inform and recommend business solutions.

Skills:

  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to work under the stress
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze complex data.
  • Business ethics: high level of confidentiality needed
  • High accuracy in performed work
  • Expert in data analysis. Good knowledge of Excel, PowerBi, PowerQuerry or tools supporting data engineering.
