Thundersoft is looking for an Automotive Test Engineer in multiple European locations to join our team of experts in the smart vehicle industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing car Radio and GPS networks in the field using various testing tools such as ADB and ZCANPRO. The candidate should have a strong understanding of FM, DAB networks alongside satellite navigation and RDS technologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Performing test cases given by the company.
2. Creating and performing own test cases for bug hunting.
3. Reporting daily progress, maintaining clarity and detail in documentation.
4. Using ADB for updating software, installing radio or navigation applications, log catching.
5. Communicating with the Team Leader about test plan corrections and found issues.
6. Communicating with the engineering team for issue verification or fixing.
7. Using CAN tools for simulating CAN signals and log catching.

Requirements:

1. Valid drivers license for Europe with a clean driving record.
2. Proficiency in English (Chinese as a plus).
3. Minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
4. Experience in using Jira and PDM for bug creation and management.
5. Knowledge of automotive industry data interfaces: CAN, LIN, Ethernet.
6. Knowledge of electronics and electronic measurement basics and measurement tools such as multimeter.
7. Knowledge of CMD and ADB interface/commands.
8. Knowledge of car Radio and GPS basics for navigation and radio testing.
9. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate testing results and feedback clearly and concisely to team members.
10. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
