Automotive Sales & Aftersales Coach – Dealer Network.



Your responsibilities

  • Supporting the distribution network: Provide coaching and training for salespeople and service advisors on products, services, sales strategies, and after-sales offers. Coordinate NV car and AFS teams to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Dealer support and training: Review the network’s performance and create action plans. Organize training (products, sales techniques, customer relationship management, etc.).
  • Managing objectives and reporting: Set clear objectives. Analyze performance and discuss results with the network.
  • Developing the network and offers: Encourage teams to include service offers in their sales presentations. Support cooperation between sales and after-sales departments.
  • Monitoring quality and customer satisfaction: Make sure manufacturer quality standards are followed.

Employer requirements

  • Diploma / Training: Not specified (NA).
  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of strong experience in sales / leadership / coaching position. Experience can be in a dealership, roaming sales, insurer, or commercial NV B2B/B2C – AFS.
  • Automotive and commercial knowledge: Knowledge in the automotive and commercial sector (NV, UV, AFS, B2B, B2C). Knowledge of products (financing, warranty extension) and services (maintenance contracts).
  • Business skills: Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques. Ability to monitor a sales portfolio.
  • Analysis skills: Ability to understand needs and develop solutions. Ability to take a position, give arguments, create plans.
  • Communication skills: Ability to explain things clearly (pedagogical skills). Good spelling and writing skills. Strong customer service mindset.
  • Autonomy and adaptability: Ability to work alone based on instructions.
  • Organization skills: Time and deadline management.
  • Computer skills: Comfortable using digital tools (distance learning tools, Teams, Office Pack, especially Excel).
  • Personal qualities: Initiative, leadership, and teaching ability. The “gift” to be followed.

As part of an international project supporting the automotive dealer network, you will work with a dedicated team of 15 Consultants to coordinate dealership performance across Poland. You will coach sales and after-sales teams in implementing sales, marketing, and service strategies in line with network standards. Your focus will be on developing sales of related products and services (financing, warranty extensions, maintenance contracts) and ensuring a high level of customer experience.
