About the project

  • We’re seeking an experienced Automotive Process Engineer to support multiple automotive programmes by leading end-to-end process evaluations, work-product audits, and compliance reporting.
  • You will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on process and work-product assessments across various automotive projects. Your work will directly influence the quality, compliance, and delivery maturity of critical automotive systems. This role involves regular interaction with leadership teams, cross-functional engineering groups, and client stakeholders, making strong communication and analytical capabilities essential.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead ASPICE-aligned process and work-product assessments across multiple automotive projects;
  • Conduct detailed audits of Systems Engineering (SYS) work products, ensuring compliance with ASPICE, OEM standards, and project processes;
  • Prepare comprehensive assessment reports, including findings, gap analyses, and improvement recommendations;
  • Present evaluation outcomes to internal teams and customers at the end of each assessment cycle;
  • Provide biweekly progress updates during governance or review meetings with client stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify process non-conformities and support improvement initiatives;
  • Ensure assessment documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered according to timelines and quality expectations.

Our requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in automotive process assessments or systems engineering audits;
  • Strong expertise in ASPICE process elements, assessment techniques, and compliance frameworks;
  • Ability to interpret engineering processes, evaluate compliance, and communicate audit results clearly;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in stakeholder-facing environments;
  • ASPICE Provisional/Competent Assessor certification is a strong advantage;
  • Experience collaborating with global or distributed engineering teams.

Discussion with the project or delivery leader

  • An extended tribe of Inuits Belgium, founded in 2019 in Kraków. On the professional side – we support our clients by building them teams focused on all things Data. That’s the theory, but who we really are? In one word: people. Our slightly unconventional team consists of amazing individuals coming from different backgrounds, skilled in a wide spectrum of professions within IT and specifically Big Data.
  • What we stand for? Diversity and inclusion play a significant role in our team. Why? As an Inuits family and group of professionals, we aim to remain open-minded in order to deliver the best solutions and quality to our clients. As such, we believe these are rooted in diverse backgrounds, experiences, and therefore points of view.
  • What’s (less, but) also important? Sense of humor. Don’t have it? No worries, this comes eventually after spending some time in our Igloo/office.
