AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY ANALYST / CONSULTANT (GERMAN SPEAKING) (ICH Europe)

Join our Automotive team within Intelligent Consulting Hub (ICH) (part of Accenture Strategy & Consulting) and shape what’s next for leading OEMs and mobility players across Europe. You’ll be part of a multilingual, European network that collaborates across disciplines to deliver end‑to‑end change for our clients.

Why this role matters: You’ll be at the heart of automotive reinvention—driving new sales models, electrification, connected services and data‑driven operations that redefine how customers discover, buy, use and care for vehicles—and how OEMs operate in a fast‑changing market.

Impact areas we are driving

• Enterprise & customer experience transformations across sales, CRM/CX, digital marketing, and after‑sales.
• Retailer & network excellence: dealer operations, coaching and training, performance management.
• Next‑gen sales models: agency/direct (D2C) transformation and B2B sales (including leasing partnerships and financial services).
• Electromobility & mobility services: strategy, product management (SDV, connected solutions, mobility), and fleet operations.
• Data‑driven enterprise: turning insights into action across the value chain with state‑of‑the‑art delivery methods and technologies (such as Agentic AI).

The work

• Co‑create strategies and define operating models that modernize sales, after‑sales and customer experiences, as well as orchestrate complex change at Automotive OEMs.
• Set up, pilot, and scale new programs—from agency sales to e‑mobility offerings—using agile delivery and best‑practice frameworks.
• Partner with cross‑functional Accenture teams (e.g., Applied Intelligence, Technology Strategy & Advisory) to bring integrated business + technology solutions to life.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent English (written & spoken).
• Proficient German (written & spoken); Italian and French is appreciated.
• 2–3 years’ experience in at least one of the following:
  • Dealer / Importer operations in Sales, Digital Marketing, Aftersales, CRM, CX
  • Agency/direct sales model transformation
  • B2B sales & leasing company cooperation
  • Automotive Financial Services
  • Service Management (Aftermarket/Spare parts)
  • Dealer coaching & training
  • Product Management (incl. Software‑Defined Vehicle, Connected Solutions)
  • Electromobility
  • Fleet Management (Logistics, Public Transportation, Mobility Services)
• Consulting and/or complex project delivery experience is a strong plus.
