Automotive Industry Analyst/Consultant – English/German speaking (ICH Europe)

You’ll work at the heart of the Automotive agenda in areas such as transformation of sales, digital marketing, CRM, aftersales, dealer network operations, electromobility, mobility/connected cars, fleet management.
Project roles may comprise project management (waterfall and/or agile) activities, support in mapping and optimization of business processes, contribution to creation and implementation of new business models, acting on intersection between business and IT in terms of development and rollout of new systems/ processes.
Data analysis and preparation of management presentations on different hierarchy levels at our Clients or within Accenture.
We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
Wymagania
Minimum bachelor’s degree.
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
Proficient level of German is a must
Affinity/Experience in at least 2-3 of the following skills:
HQ/Importer/Dealers operations (support overall business areas with focus on Sales, Digital Marketing, Aftersales, CRM),
Sales transformation towards agency/ direct sales model,
Dealer’s coaching/ training,
Electromobility,
Mobility/Connected solutions;
Car software (architecture + embedded software e.g. Autosar, MBSE),
Fleet Management in Logistic, Public Transportation or Mobility Services,
Competence with MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel); JIRA and Confluence will be a plus.
(for Consultants) Experience in project management (waterfall and/or agile) and in working with business processes: mapping, optimization, converting business improvements into IT requirements, etc.
