Join our team as an Automation Tester!

About the project:

In Cross Channel Services, we deliver cross-functional services for implementations in the online banking platform of Commerzbank to ensure stable and highly available online banking. In your role as an Automation Tester, you will be part of the NFT team, responsible for checking the quality of CCB software in terms of performance, security, and code quality.

We work in an agile team using the following technologies: HP Performance Center, LoadRunner, Soap UI, and Dynatrace.

Our team consists of Automation Testers, a Product Owner, and a Scrum Master.

As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for:

• Scripting, test execution, test analysis, and documentation of Performance Tests.
• Generating test data and designing as well as executing automated tests.
• Understanding the business context and defining the best performance test solution for your area.

Main tools used in the Performance Testing area include: HP LoadRunner, HP Performance Center, Dynatrace, Tivoli, HP Quality Center, Selenium, NodeJS, Java, Jenkins.

What you will be doing:

• Writing and implementing test cases.
• Scripting LoadRunner scenarios based on non-functional requirements.
• Executing Performance / Load Tests.
• Analyzing Performance / Load Tests.
• Creating and following up on defects in HP QC if applicable.
• Analyzing log files.

Which technology & skills are important for us?

• Practical knowledge of HP Performance Center/LoadRunner (LRE), Soap UI, Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of performance testing concepts.
• Experience in troubleshooting errors, identifying root causes, and analyzing application logs.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Analytical thinking.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Cloud concepts, Azure Platform, Kibana/LogStash.
• Basic CI/CD concepts (Maven, Jenkins, Tomcat, Containers, Repository, WebSphere).
• Basic knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, JConsole, IBM Heap Analyzer.
• Basic knowledge of Microfocus ALM Octane.
• Basic knowledge of Selenium.

Hybrid (2-4 visits to the office a month) at Ogrodowa 8 street (Łódź).
