responsibilities :
Create, develop, and maintain automated tests in UFT One
Design and execute API tests (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or UFT API Testing
Collaborate closely with the development team and analysts to ensure high software quality
Analyze test results, report defects, and support the resolution process
Participate in test planning, estimations, and the continuous improvement of QA processes
Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline to streamline the testing and deployment cycle
requirements-expected :
A minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation using UFT One
Proficiency in writing scripts in VBScript
Strong knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP), including authorization, headers, and response statuses
Experience with test and defect management tools, particularly JIRA
Familiarity with XML and JSON data formats
A solid understanding of fundamental CI/CD concepts (e.g., Jenkins, Git)
Excellent teamwork and communication skills for interacting with technical teams
A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving test processes
Strong organizational and independent work skills
