These solutions should follow software development best practices and governance including sound design, well-written code with appropriate documentation, testing, and maintaining automations in accordance with HSBC standards.
Automation Services Manager is responsible for driving and managing the delivery of solutions by automating and digitising business processes across different journeys in an agile environment. At the same time, he/she is also part of the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) to support the operation of the governance body.
