YOUR PROFILE

  • Higher education in IT or technical related, management or equivalent experience.
  • Min. 4-years of development experience with RPA platforms, Blue Prism (UiPath/other will be an asset), and object-oriented programming language.
  • Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
  • Technical knowledge and knowledge of design patterns in Enterprise Application/Information Integration area.
  • Technical skills and experience necessary for independent realization of tasks in any phase of developing automation solutions (creation, modification, extension).
  • Knowledge of network communication standards (e.g. JMS, HTTP, SOAP, XML, XSD).
  • Knowledge of relational databases.
  • Experience in SCRUM/Agile.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • Very good English language skills in speaking and writing.

YOUR TASKS

  • Implement, test and deploy Automation Software solutions.
  • Interpret and translate customer/client requirements into a technology solution.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance.
  • Adapt to new technology/technical areas to enable better architectural solutions for customer requirements.
  • Apply SCRUM framework and Agile methodology in automation project delivery.
  • Ensure documentation is created and maintained by the development team.
  • Anticipate, identify and communicate project risks and issues to Project Manager and Clients.
  • Participate, contribute & facilitate knowledge sharing meeting/initiatives.
  • Lead design, specification and selection of IT solutions, giving due consideration to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.
  • Lead the organization in exploiting technology and using knowledge of IT solutions to drive organization change and to support business process design.
  • Support/mentor the development team in creating solutions & perform Quality Assurance process.
  • Document & maintain best practices and development techniques.
  • Build & maintain relationship with the stakeholders.
