We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer (AQA) with strong Java and Selenium experience to support enterprise testing initiatives for a global banking client. Mandatory Skillset
Strong understanding of Automation Testing concepts
Hands-on experience with test automation framework development
Selenium with Java (core requirement)
Experience working in hybrid / WFO environments (3 days onsite mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks
Create and execute automated test scripts using Java
Perform test execution and defect analysis
Work closely with development and QA teams across global locations
Ensure test coverage, quality, and reliability of applications
Participate in CI/CD-driven testing pipelines
Support quality assurance in an enterprise banking environment
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Excellent communication skills and experience working with global teams
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as:
Selenium
Appium or similar frameworks
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD
Strong programming experience in Java
Experience using DevOps tools :
Git
GitLab Pipelines
Nexus
Familiarity with cloud platforms , preferably Microsoft Azure
Comfortable working in a Linux-based server environment
Bash / shell scripting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Work Model (Important)
Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week in Kraków (mandatory)
