As a CBRE BSO Automation Integrator – Developer & AI Enablement Manager, you will be part of our dynamic team. The Automation Integrator will bridge advanced automation development practices & AI technologies to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions across the enterprise. This role combines strategic solution architecture with hands-on integration of automation platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration between automation developers, RPA specialists, and AI-driven initiatives.

This job is designated to support EMEA & AMERICAS regions. We operate in a hybrid model, with one in-office day on Thursdays (9 AM – 5 PM).
responsibilities :
Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions by leveraging low-code platforms, RPA & AI.
Integrate disparate systems and data sources to enable intelligent workflows and predictive analytics.
Act as a liaison between business units, automation developers, and AI specialists to ensure alignment on technical requirements and delivery timelines.
Mentor and support developers through structured programs (e.g., Automation Aces) to foster innovation and operational excellence.
Drive adoption of AI-powered tools for process optimization, including machine learning models and natural language processing.
Collaborate with data science teams to embed AI capabilities into automation frameworks.
Ensure all automation solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain documentation for solution designs, process maps, and compliance audits.
Monitor performance of deployed solutions, identify optimization opportunities, and implement enhancements.
Champion best practices for automation lifecycle management and AI integration.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, communicate effectively with all stakeholders on different levels of our organization and display a “Client first” mindset.
requirements-expected :
Strong, at least 8+ years’ experience in low code, RPA platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) and AI technologies.
Proficiency in solution architecture and system integration.
Knowledge of cloud services, APIs, and data engineering principles.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with automation development frameworks and operational excellence methodologies.
Fluent in MS Office package including Copilot 365 and other GenAI tools.
Fluent English is required.
Effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to form working relationships at senior level in the organization.
Excellent collaborative problem solving skills with an ability to see broader picture.
Ability to prioritize, set and execute deadlines.
