• Bachelors or Masters degree (IT, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation or related degree programs)
• Excellent written and spoken English (at least B2 level)

• Practical experience with: IEC 61131 programming, Ethernet-based fieldbuses (Profinet, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, ModbusTCP)
• Engineering tools such as TIA-Portal, PLCnext Engineer, Studio5000 or TwinCAT
• Version control systems (e.g. GIT, SVN)
• Knowledge of: System engineering and requirements management, Fieldbus dependent device description files (e.g. GSDML or EDS), Network technology
• Ability to solve problems independently and openness to familiarize yourself with new topics.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to the company headquarters in Germany for training and project coordination
