Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Automation Engineer/BIM Coordinator to join our team to work on mega project. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about automation and Building Information Model technologies and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic engineering environment.

"This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership."

Major Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of BIM solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of existing automated systems and tools.
• Perform model-checks using off-the-shelf software and internally-developed tools.
• Convert 3D Model files between industry-standard formats.
• Support with creating and maintaining BIM documentation which includes but not limits to: EIR, BEP, MIDP, LOD and CAD Standard.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Document processes, test results, and technical specifications.
• Participate in process reviews and learn best practices for automation development.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Level 1

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Level 2

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 1 year of relevant experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic understanding of CAD and BIM tools.
• Exposure to Revit, Navisworks, iConstruct and other CAD and Modelling tools.
• Good communication skills and willingness to take initiative.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
