Automation Engineer

Location: Ujście, Poland

Company: Ardagh Glass Poland sp. z o. o.

Position: Automatyk

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth and continuous operation of production machines and equipment
• Supervise the operation of automatic sorting and packaging line devices (conduct tests to verify the functionality of control devices)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot failures and malfunctions
• Conduct technical inspections and repairs of machines and equipment
• Manage spare parts inventory
• Participate in departmental and plant projects

Requirements:

• Higher or secondary education: preferably in automation, mechatronics, electronics, or robotics
• Experience in a similar position in a production environment is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in industrial automation, electrical engineering, and electronics, as well as computer device operation
• Technical, analytical, and manual skills in mechanics and electronics
• Independence, good organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to learn and develop, openness to new solutions, and readiness for teamwork
• Communicative English language skills
