Consultant Specialist will closely work with IT and Business to establish testing for banking application and recommend needs to prove the system satisfies the business function.
Provide consultancy to functional test team in documenting business scenarios.
Propose changes to improvements customer experience.
Understand the business Use Case from business representatives and help to translate them into Functional, Non-Functional and Regression test cases.
Coordination with Business Analyst during requirement understanding, project demo.
Work with Test Lead and provide inputs to Test Strategy preparation, Project Estimation, design for Automated Test solutions, producing Test Data.
Work closely with the Business Analyst, Developers, Test Engineers to provide support in proving end to end testing, clarifications on defects.
Ensure end to end testing deliverables, phase/cycles are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure data is available and the quality of Test data is fit for purpose.
Promote re-use through implementation of shared testing artefacts.
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources from a testing perspective and carry out impact analysis across projects and platforms and write appropriate automated regression test scenarios.
Conduct Test result walkthrough to business.
Capture defects and retest remediated defect till closure.
Publish daily testing project status to stakeholders. Update progress in stand ups.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis for Defects and create action plan to avoid defects in future.
Highlight project issues to ITPM, Test lead.
Own the end to end testing responsibility and ensure coverage is complete.
Support testing for PVT and Production issues as required
