About the Role

The core of this position is elevation the quality and efficiency of our software development processes. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation frameworks across multiple CMS-based web platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with development and quality teams to embed automation into the development lifecycle, enabling faster feedback loops, improved test coverage, and more reliable releases. This is a hands‑on role with strategic impact, offering the opportunity to shape how automation supports quality across a diverse and evolving technology landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation frameworks tailored to CMS-based websites and applications.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across projects.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
  • Maintain and evolve test suites to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Support the development of a regression testing strategy through automation.
  • Monitor and report on automation coverage and effectiveness using relevant metrics.
  • Advocate for automation best practices and contribute to a culture of quality and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams adopting automation in their workflows.

Required skills & Qualifications

  • Automation frameworks for web applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and effective test coverage.
  • Proven track record of working with industry‑standard automation tools and deep proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, and Java.
  • Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms testing challenges.
  • Strong understanding and practical implementation of CI/CD pipelines with seamless integration of automated tests into build and deployment workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of software testing principles, including regression, integration, and non‑functional requirement testing.
