Main purpose of the position:

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Automation Developer & Business Analyst to join our team. In this dual role, you will analyze, design, and implement automation solutions that enhance our business processes. Leveraging RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Low-Code technologies, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable solutions while ensuring optimal system performance and business accuracy.

What you’ll do:

1. Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and ensure solutions meet performance and accuracy standards.
2. Design, develop, and test automation applications using Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate).
3. Manage, optimize, and enhance existing automation solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
4. Document process flows, technical specifications, and user guides for automation solutions.
5. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, addressing issues as they arise.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
7. Share knowledge and best practices within the RPA community to foster a culture of innovation.
8. Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS).
9. Proficiency with tools such as GIT, JIRA, and ServiceNow, and experience working in a SCRUM/Agile environment.
10. Minimum 2 years of experience in developing solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
11. Experience in integrating RPA with low-code and workflow solutions.
12. Ability to write SQL queries for data manipulation.
13. Familiarity with REST APIs and their integration.
14. Understanding of BPMN/UML notation.
