About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join an agile team of automation developers for our Business Service Operations. The successful candidate should have a working knowledge of Visual Basic and relational database systems, and the ability to redesign and review business processes. The Automation team caters to diverse processes in Finance, Accounting and real estate environments.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and test solutions using:
  • Python (focus on packages such as pandas, openpyxl)
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • VBA
  • Smartsheets
• Maintain, debug and problem‑solve existing applications.
• Review business requirements documentation to provide development estimates and feedback.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the process automation field and guide stakeholders on applying optimal solutions.
• Promote best‑practice sharing by training on automation tools and solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation using established procedures and policies.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years’ experience in developing automation solutions using the tools listed above.
• Relevant degree such as a Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Education, Mathematics, Technical, Business, Accounting, Information Technology or Science.
• Demonstrated experience in finance BPO/outsourcing in a similar role.
• Very strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Proactive problem solver able to work independently on multiple assignments.
• Demonstrated portfolio of successful medium‑large projects and hard savings.
• Comfortable working as an individual contributor and in a team spread across geographies.
• Working knowledge of automation and technology solutions in the F&A outsourcing area such as LCNC, RPA, MS Power Apps/Automate.
• Excellent English language skills.

• Database management systems and a basic understanding of SQL.

• Strong object‑oriented design skills and a proven track record of developing business applications.
• Competent working in all phases of application development activities, including analysis, design, development/enhancement, testing and implementation of data‑driven apps under general supervision.
• Knowledge of process improvement and familiarity with agile methodology or equivalent.
• Business acumen, especially in Finance and Accounting.
• Out‑of‑the‑box thinking, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and self‑organization.
